Christmas Ball Updates

In light of our county’s current COVID-19 restrictions, we are considering how to creatively and safely celebrate the Christmas Ball. It’s evident that we won’t be able to replicate the exact event we have enjoyed in years past, but we’d like to do all we can to retain the spirit of the event.

1. The event will be held outdoors, 6:30-8:30pm, in accordance with county recommendations. Masks and temperature checks are required at check-in.
2. Dinner will be provided via an all-you-can-eat Mexican food bar, so bring your appetite!
3. Instead of a ball with dancing and close proximity, there will be a live band to enjoy from your assigned table.
4. In years past, we have all dressed our best to impress! While we encourage you, by all means, to suit up, we most importantly want you to be comfortable in this winter wonderland… so please dress warmly. We will have heat lamps warming the tent.
5. Please remember to sign up before December 2 in order to attend the event. Last-minute guests or unregistered guests will not be allowed to attend as we will not have seating for them.
