arriving indoors

Anthem Church gathers indoors every Sunday at 9:00a,  in accordance with Marin County protocols. Here's what to expect when you arrive:
  • Greeters will welcome each guest for everyone's safety. Attendees will be asked to wait at the door, 6-feet apart, while each person is properly checked-in.
  • Each attendee will be asked to submit to a contactless temperature scan.
  • Attendees will be properly recorded for contact tracing.
  • After check-in is complete, ushers will direct attendees to their assigned seat, based on reservation.
  • Face coverings and social distancing protocols enforced.
  • Attendees will be asked to remain in their seats, apart from access to the restroom.

As the gathering begins, here's what you can expect:
  • Our pastors receive weekly COVID test  before preaching.
  • Communion is distributed in pre-packaged, sealed kits.
  • Those singing in the band are either masked, shielded or tested.
  • Gathering duration is reduced to 75 minutes.

Here are the attendees best suited for our indoor gatherings:
  • Those who are not at higher risk with pre-existing medical concerns
  • Those with higher sensitivity to the outdoor elements (heat, allergies, etc).
  • Those with children who can remain seated for the duration of the gathering.

As our gathering concludes:
  • Ushers will assist in the dismissal of  the gathering by assigned rows.
  • Congregating in the sanctuary or lobby will not be permitted and encouraged outside.
  • Sanitation of all high-contact areas and seating will be performed prior to the next gathering.
  • Contact tracing log will be filed and archived should it be needed.
  • After attending, if for any reason you do not feel comfortable with the environment we've curated, we would love to hear your concerns or suggestions for making things safer or better.

Anthem Church gathers outdoors every Sunday at 11:00a,  in accordance with Marin County protocols. To accommodate this, our church has  a new outdoor tent to protect everyone from the elements while we gather. Before being seated, all members and guests will check-in at the welcome area. From there, we promise to make the process safe, easy, and quick. Here are some of the things to expect:
  • Greeters will welcome each guest for everyone's safety.
  • Seating is assigned based on reservations.
  • Face coverings and social distancing protocols enforced.
  • Contactless temperature checks every week.
  • Member/guest sign-in for contact tracing.
  • Communion will be distributed in pre-packaged, sealed kits.

Once seated, you will find our gatherings to be mostly familiar and in accordance with Anthem's DNA as a gospel-centered, bible-preaching, Christ-exalting church.  Here are a few other things you should know as our gathering begins:
  • The chairs you are sitting in have been sanitized, every week, utilizing hospital grade equipment.
  • Pastor Allen  receives a weekly COVID test a couple of days before he preaches, every week.
  • Our church bulletin/program and preaching outlines are  available digitally on the Anthem App.
  • Indoor restrooms are available, sanitized before and after.
  • Vocalists are spaced from those in attendance, in consultation with infectious disease doctors from Marin.

As the gathering is dismissed, we encourage everyone to observe face mask and social distancing protocols as they leave.
